We know arranging a group trip can feel like a lot to manage, so for parties of 10 or more you'll have a dedicated Account Manager to help you plan and book, sort the details, and shape the holiday around your group, leaving you to enjoy it alongside everyone else.
Members and non-members are equally welcome, and we can plan your group's holiday at one of our country houses across the UK, or further afield with our carefully chosen partner hotels in Europe and beyond.
Why bring your group to HF Holidays
As Britain's only walking holiday co-operative, owned by our 40,000 members, we've been arranging group walking holidays since 1913. Your group will walk with one of our 600 trained volunteer leaders, stay at one of our 16 country houses or a carefully chosen partner hotel, and have a dedicated Account Manager looking after every detail. A walking holiday that suits the whole group
No two walkers want exactly the same day out, which is why our guided walking holidays at the country houses give you a choice of up to three walks of different grades each day, each with its own HF Leader. Everyone picks the walk that suits their pace and mood that morning, and you're all back together come evening, over dinner and the sociable evenings our houses are known for, whether or not you walked the same route.

Exclusive house hire
Book one of our country houses just for your group and have the whole place to yourselves. From as few as 31 guests up to 100, depending on the house, our 16 characterful properties are ideal for a milestone birthday, a big family get-together, a long-overdue weekend with friends, or a club or work trip. Our house teams look after every group as if it were their only one, from the welcome on arrival to the meals and the evenings.

Better value when you book as a group
The more of you there are, the better the value. Book 10 or more and your group enjoys exclusive group prices, with savings of up to £250 per person at our country houses.
- One free place for every 15 adults
- A free room upgrade for the group organiser, and half-price upgrades for everyone else
- More single rooms at lower prices on stays in November, January and February
Free places and room upgrades apply to UK country house holidays. Ask your Account Manager which savings your group qualifies for.
Group membership for clubs
If you organise trips for a walking club, Group Membership is worth a look. For a one-off £100, your club buys 100 shares at £1 each, with no annual fee to follow, and from then on everyone travelling with you saves £30 per person in the UK, £50 in Europe, and £80 worldwide on group bookings. If your club already has a trip booked when you join, we'll apply the saving to that one too.

Anyone who is booking a holiday on behalf of a group of 10-plus guests is the group organiser. In this role, you’ll be the main contact for your group and responsible for making payments. We will not communicate with other individual group members.
