If you think you have what it takes to get involved, below is a typical example of the application and selection process for an HF Holidays Leader role.

Please note, from applying for a position to selection can take several months as it is dependent on course dates.

Stage 1

Read the role requirements and decide if volunteer walk leading is right for you

Complete an online application form

Stage 3

A member of our Leader Recruitment Team will be in touch to discuss the role and your application

Stage 3

Stage 4

If successful, you’ll be invited to attend a three-night residential Assessment Course

Stage 5

If you pass the course, you’ll join HF Holidays and be eligible to lead for us

Stage 5
