Important Notice for Members: Weds 15 January 2026
It is important that we can stay in contact with you. Please let us know if you change your details (postal address, your email address, or telephone number).
If your details have changed and you have not updated us, we will take reasonable steps to trace a forwarding address. As a minimum, we will write to your last known postal address or email address.
Under Rule 13 of the Society’s Rules, if the Society Secretary has evidence that a member is no longer contactable at their registered address, and after making reasonable attempts to get in touch, that membership may be treated as ceased.
How we contact you
We write to members by letter or email to confirm we have their correct postal address, email address and telephone number.
If you receive such a message, please respond so that we can keep our records up to date.
What happens if we cannot contact you
Our recent activities to contact members
In October and November 2025, we attempted to contact a number of Members for whom we believed we may not have the correct contact details, requesting that they contact the Society Secretary within two months of the date of the letters to update or confirm their address records. Two months have now passed since the date of these letters, and as such, those members shall be treated as per Rule 13 above.
