1. The ‘referrer’ (person referring the new customer) must be a lead booker on HF Holidays holiday prior to the new customer’s booking being made. Cannot be transferred to another customer. 
2. As the ‘referrer’ you agree that by giving your friend this code(RAF2024), they can quote your full name and email address when they make a booking, to enable us to identify you.  
3. The ‘friend’ (person being referred) must have never booked an HF Holidays trip previously, and not reside in the same household as the referrer, they must also not be a member of HF Holidays. Cannot be transferred to another customer. 
4. The £75 saving for both the ‘friend’ and ‘referrer’ applies to all holidays with a minimum of 3-nights, the offer cannot be used alongside 50% savings, group discounts, or alongside any other promotional code such as, Welcome Home, and may not be booked through a travel agent or third-party. 
5. The ‘friend’ will be given £75 off their first trip when they provide the name and email address (that matches the one held by us) of a customer (referrer) who has previously travelled with HF Holidays when they are making the booking. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively if not mentioned at the time of booking  
6. If there is more than one person on a new booking, then the discount can be applied only to the friend who has been referred, one £75 discount applied per booking.  
7. The ‘referrer’ will be entitled to £75 of credit towards their next holiday only once the referrer has paid their deposit. They must state that they would like to use the credit at the time of booking, the saving cannot be applied retrospectively.  
8. The ‘referrer’ may refer multiple new customers and will be credited £75 for each one, for referring they will receive a discount of £75 maximum saving per booking. The referral code will expire 12 months from date of the friend's deposit payment.  
9. HF Holidays may limit the number of referees any particular customer refers if it sees fit.  
10. “Refer a Friend” promotion codes on the ‘referrer’s’ customer account must be applied to a booking (with the deposit paid) within 12 months of receiving them, or they will expire. 
11. HF Holidays may change the rules or mechanism of the “Refer a Friend” programme at any time, but all credits received whilst the system is in place will be honoured until they expire as above.
