By submitting a photograph (the “Work”) to HF Holidays for the HF Holidays photo competition, you (the “Contributor”) agree to the following terms:
- Grant of Rights
The Contributor grants HF Holidays a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, and create derivative works from the Work in any media, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media, for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
- Ownership
The Contributor retains the copyright to the Work but acknowledges that HF Holidays has the unrestricted right to use and edit the Work as necessary for publication. No further permissions will be required for HF Holidays to use the Work in future campaigns, materials, or publications.
- Moral Rights Waiver
The Contributor waives any moral rights associated with the Work, including the right to be credited or object to any modifications, adaptations, or contextual uses of the Work by HF Holidays.
- Originality & Rights Clearance
The Contributor warrants that they are the original creator of the Work and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. The Contributor further warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions from any recognizable individuals featured in the Work.
- No Compensation
The Contributor acknowledges that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of the Work, regardless of how HF Holidays chooses to use it.
- Indemnification
The Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold HF Holidays harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of this agreement or any third-party claims related to the Work.
