Electronic Communications Opt In

Sending out postal communications about HF Holidays’ AGM costs our Society around £40,000 each year. Quite apart from the financial cost, this creation and postage of paper is not in line with our values as an environmentally and socially responsible Society.

Useful Information for Agents

All bookings have a non-member fee of £30.00 per person added unless the customer is a member of HF Holidays and their membership number is provided at time of booking to avoid this additional fee.
There is no facility currently for agents to book via a secure login on our website/agent portal. All booking enquiries should be made via telephone +44 (0)208 732 1250, email reservations@hfholidays.co.uk or live chat.
Office opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am – 5:30pm. Weekend and bank holiday opening hours may vary, please visit the website for details.
The air holidays and flights in our brochures are ATOL protected. Our ATOL number is ATOL 710. We are also members of ABTOT – for full information please see here.
Payment for all holidays will need to be made by the Travel Agent. It is not possible to pay via the client’s personal account (credit/debit/bank transfer etc). If you would prefer to pay by BACS transfer from your agency account, please contact us for details.
Deposits are due within 72 hours of holding an option.
Please contact Reservations with the payment to confirm a booking. Options will expire after 72 hours if not confirmed as above.
Please pay particular attention to the balance due dates. These vary depending on whether it is a UK, Europe or Worldwide booking. Details can be found in our brochure terms.
All documents will be sent electronically to the default email address provided as part of this signed agreement. If you would like documents to be sent to an alternative address, please provide these details at time of booking and our Reservation Team will make the necessary adjustments.
HF Holidays will offer the entry level of commission to bookings made and these will be calculated from the total holiday price excluding Bed & Breakfast bookings, non-member fee or amendment fees. Please email TradeSales@hfholidays.co.uk for more information on commission.
