1. Enter prize draw online at www.hfholidays.co.uk/u3a-prizedraw by 11.59pm 31 Jan 2026.
2. The prize is for 1 x 3-night full-board guided walking holiday for 2 adults sharing a classic double or twin room at any HF Country House, departing 1 Feb 2026 - 3 May 2026 or 2 Oct 2026 - 18 Dec 2026 (guided walking holidays take place on selected dates – see hfholidays.co.uk for dates) Subject to availability. Winner will be responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the chosen destination.
3. By submitting your prize draw entry, you are accepting our prize draw terms and conditions.
4. Open to UK entrants aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of HF Holidays and U3A, and associated companies, their immediate families, their agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
5. Prize draw closes 31 Jan 2026. One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email to claim their prize.
6. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified via email, their prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
7. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize.
