Whilst travelling solo can be daunting, many of our guests choose to holiday by themselves. At HF Holidays, going away on your own does not mean being alone. Through a shared passion for the outdoors, we all walk together as one.

With no hidden single supplement to pay on single rooms at our 15 UK country houses, we offer a fabulous selection of great value getaways for solo travellers. We also have a limited number of single rooms available at our partner hotels for a supplement.

Our UK guided walking holidays offer a choice of up to three walks a day with our experienced HF Holidays Leaders. With no need to navigate, you can simply savour the joy of the journey and focus on getting to know your group.

Whether you're staying at one of our country houses or one of our partner hotels, you can expect shared dining tables to help spark conversation and evening activities on selected stays (subject to destination and itinerary).
